This book is written by the daughters of Sonia Choquette, popular self-help guru. These girls really know their stuff! In this book, they tell their readers that following your own intuition and instincts will give you the happiest life for you. They give pointers on how to do this, giving a bulleted list of things the reader can do at the end of each chapter. The authors even give stories of examples from their own lives that serve to clarify. This is very easy reading and sound advice. This book is geared to the younger generation, but the advice is appropriate for everyone. Consequently, the language, too, is geared toward the young. Some may not like some of the language they use.
