In this wordless picture book, three kids duck under the table during a Passover seder and find themselves transported into the story of Moses and Miriam. They help the baby in the reed basket float down the Nile to the pharoah's daughter before returning to the tent, and back out from under the table. Adults are mystified as to why there is sand in the afikomen bag.

Endpapers show a yellow desert with palm trees under a blue sky. Each page has between 1-3 comics panels, which help move the story along. A fresh take.… (mehr)
