This interactive Science text acts like a workbook as it is read. Each lesson has multiple activities. The chapters included in this book are Freshwater, Oceans, The Atmosphere, Weather, and Climate and Climate Change. The book offers many visuals as well as additional pieces of information and most importantly, the chance for students to self-assess their knowledge before beginning each section.

I am using this for middle school special education students, this book is written at about a 4th grade reading level and keeps most students engaged in the content.
