I love to bake and I love to bake cakes. Easy Cake Cookbook is a great cookbook for just cakes! There are 75 delicious sounding recipes that I will definitely be trying.
The sections include coffee cakes, bundt cakes, snack cakes, skillet cakes, and toppings. As I was perusing the different recipes, I found that I want to make them all!! I love to make coffee cakes, so many choices such as Blueberry Buckle, Banana Coffee Cake, and Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake! The recipes are easy to follow along with tips and how to store them. The pictures are lovely, just not enough in my opinion. I intend to make quite a few of these cakes in the near future!
