Definitely a book children will want to read again and again at storytime or bedtime. Reminiscent of the Candy Land board game. Easy to follow rhyming flow helps young readers to read, understand and comprehend.

Colorful and imaginative, it's always more fun when the rhyming text has a steady pace and isn't forced at all. The red baseball cap and glittery bow pigtails were easy to follow for little ones as well. Cute details and the book on the mantle to read at bedtime next in the story is the author's next book.

There’s also a cute little coloring page at the end! I have the ebook so I can’t utilize it, but my little would definitely want to color it if we had it.… (mehr)
