Ian Davies has 40 years experience as a qualified architect and has managed all types of building contracts. Having been director of a small practice for the last 20 years he has a keen understanding of the pressures of contract administration. Ian is a member of the working group that developed the new RIBA Plan of Work 2013, as well as the RIBA Planning Group and Small Practice Committee and was previously involved in the RIBA Procurement Reform Group. He acted as a consultant reviewer of the RIBA Agreements 2010 and for Assembling a Collaborative Project Team. Dale Sinclair is a highly successful and experienced practitioner, lecturer and author.
