Alain C. Diebold

Alain C. Diebold is Senior Fellow, International SEMATECH, Austin, Texas. The coeditor of three books, and the author or coauthor of more than 100 book chapters, technical and industry publications, and invited presentations, Dr. Diebold is a member of the American Vacuum Society, the Materials mehr anzeigen Research Society, the Electrochemical Society, and the American Society for Testing and Materials.
