The Heat von Paul Feig

An arrogant FBI agent and a crazy cop have to work together.

It's very funny, but underneath the humor is an earnestness. The same sort of tone usually works well for Paul Feig, but in this case it's horribly misplaced. It's like the movie doesn't know it's supposed to be a parody.
