Downer's cause and passion for his subject is a 5, and some of his collections of statistics rate a 4, but his incessant repeating of the same thoughts, his annoyingly frequent tendency to cite his own speeches as sources, and his poor organization of the material drag this book waaaay down. This book could have had a far greater impact on public awareness and been much more beneficial to the mustangs and burros he is trying to save with the help of a professional editor. Bottom Line: Good information and message hindered by poor writing.½
