Total waste of time if you've read ChiRunning. All of it could be in a pamphlet. Almost entirely the same material. And ChiRunning is pretty thin too, while not entirely useless it is very repetitive. So clearly about raking in the dough that it grates.

Think of the 3 stars as a starting point here. I've only toyed with the methods in the book a little bit so far. So the book gets 3/5 but the technique may rank higher.
