Chantal Dupille

Chantal Dupille studied at the Lycée Molière and the University of Paris, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in modern literature. She then graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Journalisme. At age of 20, she became a freelance writer for the French magazine Noir et Blanc. Her dissertation, entitled La Cour des miracles dans la littérature française (The Court of Miracles in French Literature) was later published in book form. Since 1968, she has worked for various media, including Radio-France-Strasbourg and French television, which has aired several of her documentaries. She was a member of the French Socialist Party, but left in 1979; she left France in 2015.
