These recipes look to be to die for. I can't wait to make some of them. That said, this book does have some editing errors which is a little frustrating. Be sure to read through recipes thoroughly before you start so you are indeed making the recipe in the right order.

Most of the recipes in this book sound absolutely amazing! The only ones that didn't sound good to me were with ingredients that I don't like anyway. I recently received a nice grill as a gift, and now I am even more anxious to put it to good use. The recipes are easy to follow and understand.

I tried all the recipes in this book and they were delicious. The recipes were easy to follow. I recommend this book.

These recipes are reasonably simple and healthy. Great idea to have small, easy to negotiate books for various cuisines.

My only problem with getting them through LibraryThing's member giveaway is that at least 10 cookbooks by Samantha Evans have now appeared on my Kindle!
