I like the format of this book. On the left hand page, they give the recipe title and ingredients along with estimated prep and cooking times and show a picture of the pot with the ingredients. On the right hand page, they show a picture of the cooked recipe and provide cooking instructions.

As the title indicates, these are vegetarian (not vegan) recipes.

I had hoped to find a few recipes (or at least one) that I could try--unfortunately, I didn't find any that fit my needs. Some contained ingredients that I don't like. Most of the finished product pictures didn't look that appetizing to me. So that was a bit disappointing.… (mehr)
