I got this book through Member Giveaways, and thoroughly enjoyed it. To me, it spoofs the Sidney Sheldon-type genre of fiction, and it was a good, entertaining read. Occasionally there were shifts in the story that were a bit abrupt, going from one part of the story line to another, but that didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of it. The characters were engaging (even Price Bundleworth, the hard-headed businessman), and I wanted to keep reading to find out what happened to them. And I don't want to give anything away, but let's just say B.C. was a bit of a surprise at one point! If you want to laugh out loud, give this a read.… (mehr)

This novel was very interesting. I feel that there was an underlying message about greed and where it can get you. It was an amusing story, very funny. Some parts of the novel were unrealistic but works of fiction don't have to be that realistic sometimes. It was worth the read, Price, B.C., and Chad Bundleworth are three characters worth following. I don't want to give away too much about the story which is why I didn't mention it in my review.
