Whilst I'm certainly not a fantastic negotiator I just didn't feel this book was enough to offer me anything I couldn't have thought about for myself. I do however think if you're a young person beginning in the world of work this is a good book to refer to. The 'Teach Yourself' series is actually really good and sometimes you hit lucky but as I've said this one just wasn't one for me. I didn't particularly like the graphics and felt they came across as patronising when actually the words were sufficient. Overall, for anyone who hasn't ever received an ounce of basic communication training in their lives then this is for them.… (mehr)
