The reviewer for "Child Development Abstracts and Bibliography," said of this work, "Here is the recital of what appears actually to have happened in the reigns of, Saul, David and Solomon. Dr. Flight, basing his story on biblical research and archaeological findings, makes of the whole a most plausible account. . .The tale is an absorbing one. . ." His collaborator, Sophia Lyon Fahs, is the author of multiple books in this area.
