Mitch Frost has crafted one unique yet fun book about how to battle those bedtime monsters away! Oh, and it has one super cool cover! If the cover doesn't pop out at you, I don't know what will!

This book reads like a humorous advertisement for a monster-ridding facility. It sticks out like a sore thumb with STEM-inspired pictures and kids in lab coats. Add in the goofy, colourful and absolutely fun pictures and you've got one wild book. The monsters look creepy yet fun, the kids look like they are either working hard or are as just as confused as the rest of us, and there's lots and lots of bubbles!

I think parents and educators will get a serious kick out of this book. I was chuckling along the way and would have loved to see the reaction of a kid. Adults could get creative with funny voices and make this an excellent bonding time book - just make sure your kid isn't wildly afraid of the boogie man before you pick up this book.

Also, there's a carrot monster! Bonus marks!

The tips on how to prevent Bedtime Monsters are hilarious, and I'll let you read the book to figure out why they are so amusing.

Four out of five stars! Just remember guys, dancing robot monsters don't exist.
