Drimcong House, sadly, is no longer. It used to be just up the road from us and we ate a number of memorable meals there. Our last meal there was for my birthday in 1999, and my first child was 2 days overdue. I still have photos of me, looking like a whale, in my best maternity outfit.
I don't use this cookbook much, because the recipes are complicated, and not everyday.
