This sweet picture-book from the London-based publisher, Flying Eye Books, looks to be a debut for author/illustrator Mauro Gatti. The story-line is engaging, with a silly premise that will keep young children entertained, while the colorful, block-print style artwork will hold their attention. I always find titles from this publisher have a lot of visual appeal, and Ping vs. Pong is no exception. Recommended to anyone looking for children's stories about the importance of good sportsmanship, and the nature of rivalry and winning.… (mehr)
