If you are looking for a quick lesson in Canadian Nay history, this is the companion for you. The photos and artwork are excellent and the text nicely covers the period of the Canadian navy's first 100 years. The information is first-rate and will give you a nice 'overall' look at the history of one of the world's most respected naval forces. It gives the reader just enough for them to want more which in my opinion is great as this book was not advertised as a 'tell all' history of the navy but instead is an overview of 100 years of naval service.… (mehr)
