For those that have trouble finding common ground in any and all of their relationships this is a great book to use. Definitely share with the person you argue with most for a more cohesive relationship.
Uncivil Rights is as insightful as it is practical and easy to read.
The author is a college law professor with years of courtroom experience trying workers' rights cases.
Considering the author's background, the most remarkable quality of this book is that it is written in a non-intimidating way. It is as easy to read as it is instructive. Without a doubt this boookcould be used as a college text, but was probably written for John Q. Public.
