Rezensionen

I am rating this a 3, even though as far as content goes, it is most definitely a 4 or a 5, even. The discussion of Butler's use of gender, race, religion, and social constructs in her writing is very well thought out and an interesting conversation to have.

The 3 is strictly for the glaring mistakes in the text. At least once in each chapter, I was ripped out of the discourse by a word that was obviously incorrect either in spelling or usage. I would have hoped that the book would have a better/more thorough editor.

The book is recommended for the discussion, but maybe a future edition will have some errors corrected.
