Each recipe includes prep/cook, ready time, servings, list of ingredients, how to make the dish. There are NO pictures and no nutritional information.
For the most part the ingredients are fresh and healthy and you should be able to substitute for a healthy option when using cooking spray and oils/butter.
Some of the recipes use grams and metric measurements for ingredients and other recipes use cup and teaspoon (American) measurements.
Not sure why the two different kinds.
