I didn't think it was as good as the previous books in the series.

I really, really liked this series but I didn't like Ryzard and i am afraid i am not keen on this one.
A pet hate i have is when the characters 'muse' in their own heads, the H and h do this ALOT. it's probably because neither of them have much of a social life for their own reasons but it seemed a long time before Kenzie gets on the app. The idea of the story is excellent, Kenzie is on the run, Nash is isolated for his own reasons, he talks tough to avoid getting too personal, she comes across tough because she's had to work hard to be free of her history but i just didn't really like either of them.

I liked this series at the start. The story-line is a good premise. Traumatized teacher, left scared and bear shifter with issues, to reveal what they are would be a spoiler but it's clever.
It's just I have a pet hate of characters talking to themselves either out loud or in their heads, narration. I really dislike it and this book has loads of it.

A good story. They are both reluctant to get in to a relationship and they both have good reasons.
The book ends just after 60% and there is a book 'Melissa' as a bonus story.

Hero pushing away.
No intimate scenes with anyone other than the Hero and heroine.
No other woman or drama.
Breadcrumbs dropped for future books in series.
HEA.

** This review is for Happily Mated After by Anna Lowe **

Happily Mated After is a bonus epilogue to [b:Desert Heart|27043692|Desert Heart|Anna Lowe|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1444404734s/27043692.jpg|47084171] and exclusively featured in the [b:Wicked Alphas, Wilder Nights|26849661|Wicked Alphas, Wilder Nights (Wicked Alphas, Wild Nights #2)|Anna Lowe|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1443747757s/26849661.jpg|46796301] collection.

This was a sweet little novella featuring Rick and Tina from Desert Heart. We are given a delightful taste of the authors writing. I just love Ms. Lowe and how she portrays her shifters. The connection the human and wolf half's have with each other is unique and easy to follow. The author also does a satisfying job recapping this couples relationship, but not giving to much away, so when you do read their story in Desert Heart you won’t feel like things are spoiled.

This was a wonderful sweet read in The Wolves of Twin Moon Ranch and I can’t wait for more. If you enjoy sexy cowboy wolves then you should give this series a try. It’s one I highly recommend.

I was given this ARC in return for an honest review and I loved the story!! Recluse, Leigh Canvey vowed to never be hurt again when his parents left him as a child on a camping trip. He would have been dead if not for the female bear that took him as if he was one of her own cubs. As he grew to be a tall strapping man he and his new clan brothers helped him build a cabin atop the mountain above Hope Valley. At the weddings of his brothers one of the wives talked him into signing up for a mate on a dating site with the promise of beer and against his better judgement he agreed. What was he thinking when he had everything he needed and was happy with a life without a mate?

Flame haired and fiery tempered Scottish, Adaria McKenzie traveled to America to find her a shifter mate only to find him and he was too afraid to be in society! She had a new job doing research and needed to be close to her work while he wanted to stay atop his mountain. What were the chances that they could ever find their true mates? Will they have to give up each other?

Once Upon a Shifter: 10 Book PNR Bundle - All Shifters

I love bundles and boxed sets. They are a great way to read the books you love. No matter the genre.

This genre happens to be my favorite. Shifters! Shifters are fantastic. The males are usually tough guys, very protective and more often then not.....dominate. But, they have no problem being just big ol' softies for the their mates. Family, pack, clan, or whatever group they are from come first, well....after their mate and young ones.

This bundle has some of my favorite paranormal authors, but I was also able to find some new ones that I will be adding to my lists.

This group of authors did a fantastic job of putting this bundle together. Thank you ladies!

*ARC given for an honest review*
