C (Indifferent).

Pirates have relationship issues. With the first season, the ending wrecked it for me. This season is just that ending, dragged out and elaborated and running in circles, and it does not work.

A Cartoon Network Studios animated series (HBO, Jun. 2020 - Sep. 2021).

B (Good).

I do feel like Adventure Time needed an epilogue of some sort. And the third of these four specials would have been a really strong place to end things. But then there's the "Wizard City" episode, which feels like it was made by people who wanted to be doing something else.

A TV series starring John Cena (HBO, Jan. - Feb. 2022).

A super villain who thinks he's a hero tries to stop a body snatcher invasion.

B (Good).

I like Gunn's sense of humor enough that I was entertained. But 8 episodes of this at once is A Lot.

This DVD tells the remarkable story of Dolores Hart, a rising Hollywood starlet who appeared in 10 films starting in 1957, acting with the likes of Elvis Presley, Montgomery Clift, Warren Beatty and Anthony Quinn, but abandoned her blossoming career to become a Benedictine nun in 1963. Now Mother Prioress o the cloistered Abbey of Regina Laudis in Bethlehem, CT, Dolores reveals details about her life, past and present while providing day to day activities inside the enclosed Benedictine monastery.

This documentary takes you inside to an actual neo-Nazi Skinhead organization for an extended look at the methods and mentality that fuel the White Power youth movement in America. Focusing on the Alabama-based Aryan National Front and its leader, Bill Riccio, this special features behind-the-scenes footage of group members in their rural commune, at a series of White Power rallies, at a cross-burning Skinhead/KKK "Unification Rally", and on the brink of extinction following the arrest of Riccio.

Ok, I confess, I love the HBO show The Sopranos, primarily because the characters are so well developed.

Just when you think Tony Soprano is a kind, sensitive guy, babba bing, he "wastes" a rival. Just when you have compassion for Pauly Walnuts, slam bang, he dumps a body in the New Jersey pine barrens. Just when Carmela appears to be a conflicted soul regarding her husband's profession, whalla, her shallowness is manifested by the cushy life style she embraces.

This coffee table sized book is replete with great photos of the scenes and characters of the six-season series. There are wonderful personality descriptions. There are behind-the scenes descriptions of the music, the language, the food and the indepth portrayal of the characters.

If you followed the series, you will enjoy this book.
