I've read a lot of books on Reiki and found this one to be the most comprehensive encyclopedia of techniques I've come across. The author provides a host of creative exercises for practitioners to try. The book also includes a chapter on Reiki practice for those with disabilities - the first time I've ever seen such material in a book on the subject. Karl Hernesson demonstrates how anyone can practice Reiki using visualisation techniques.
