Fourteen different master brewers have contributed to this book. After a short biography of the brewer, his special area or style of interest is introduced. This text is followed by one to six recipes from that master brewer. The recipes are, naturally, excellent, and the biographies are compelling while remaining succinct. Contributing brewers include Keith Villa of Blue Moon, Michael Ferguson of Gordon Biersch, and John Maier of Rogue Brewing, among others.
