This is a good book to share with children who do not know much about Egypt. The book features all of the important facts about the lives that the Egyptains lived in the past. The book is also recommended for beginning readers. The book has word pronunciations next to difficult words so children can pronounce them. All of the images in the are of actual things in Egypt. The students can read about and see actual historic artifacts.

This is a fabulous book for young readers. Even though it was non fiction I didn't find myself overwhelemed or confused with all the history. It was very easy and informative. It shows many pictures and it would be great for students who are doing a research project of some sort on Egypt.

A great way to learn about ancient Egyptians is to reaad this fun and interesting book! Ancient Egyptian gods, kings, queens, sculptures, and paintings entertain the reader about their religous and artistic culture.
