Most readable book I have ever encountered on the subject. Plenty of useful examples -- I love the "Tips" sidebars. Takes you through all provisions of Title 17 from the context of a cultural institution contemplating a digitization project. Great footnotes, list of cases, more titles for additional reading. I borrowed this copy but have concluded I need my own. Great job!
