I liked this much better than the first book. Payce was such an intriguing character and made me feel for him. Braxton was totally hot and adorable. I am so glad these two found their way back to each other after so long.
I can't say I loved this. It was a pretty good story, but it felt rushed through some of it and there wasn't enough explanation at times to justify the story. I wish I saw a little bit more into Dax's brain to see what made him go from straight guy to all of a sudden OK with Damien kissing him out of the blue. I also wish I knew more about how Andrew went from cheating after 2 months to full blown psycho. I guess I just wanted a little bit more explanation at parts to make me feel connected to the story.… (mehr)
Wow. This was a VERY sexy book. There was a bit of mystery and suspense added, but definitely a romance first and foremost. You get to know the primary characters well. I would be glad to check out another book by this author with the same narrator!
