Jack is hot. So, so, amazingly, psychotically, dangerously hot. Unf. That's all I need to say. I will be waiting dutifully for the seventh volume. Wtf happened to Noh-A? God, is Jack her enemy now or what? Or? Just- I NEED TO KNOWWWW! Dx

Okay, so this volume consists mostly of flashbacks about "Jack the Ripper", Noh-A's "dad" supposedly. I hate how he has the same name as Jack Frost. I really don't care about Jack the Ripper, but I know he's a main point in the story. I really want more plot, but instead we get more interactions with JtR and this new girl. I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE GROWING ROMANCE. Ugh. Hopefully the eighth volume will move forward with the plot instead of going backward with flashbacks. I don't mind flashbacks, like Hansen's story (which made me almost cry), but I like it short and to the point.

Oh, and WHERE WAS MY SEXY JACK FROST?! He was in like, maybe ten panels, and wasn't in the story much. Like, I was greedily sucking up the pages where Jack Frost was. He was that scarce in this volume, and come to think of it... the past few volumes as well. Where's my Jack? I WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HIM. Hopefully these flashbacks flesh out JF's character more as JtR's backstory continues.

Oh Jack. Let me f-, I mean, love you.

This volume was pretty intense. Plenty of action, and things make much more sense now. Oh, and I saw my husband for more than a few pages. Haha.

This one was pretty intense.

First off, I have to say that the art style has changed drastically. There were scenes where the art resembled the beauty of the first few volumes, but the majority as of late looked very rushed and even unfinished. Like sketches. That sort of bothered me because what makes this series for me is the art. JinHo Ko is one of my favorite artists, but man... I was sort of disappointed in this volume's art.

Jack has changed too. He wasn't laughing or sporting his "nasty smile" during the fight scenes, which sort of surprised me. He was even -dare I say it- kind to Noh-a. Crazy. I kind of want the old Jack back, but I like this new one, too... Regardless, it was still nice seeing my husband again.

Helmina was rendered helpless, and I was just like... wow. No words.

Yo, and where is Hansen? He's always in the background now. :(

Anyway, yeah, can't wait for the next volume!
