If I crossed the road is about a boy who knows he is too little to cross the road by himself so he tells all about the things he would do if he could.

I think it is a good story because it teaches that it’s ok to not be allowed to cross the road by your self. But that you will be allowed to someday.

An activity could be to have the children make a list of their own of things they would want to do if they were allowed to cross the road by themselves. Also take the children to a crosswalk and them the right way to walk across the road even with an adult.… (mehr)
