A good informative look at how gerrymandering really screws up a state and its legislatures and the voting populace as a whole.

Though a bit biased against Republicans/the Republican party (though this is accountable due to the fact that their currently in charge, so its aimed at them -- the issue though is that both parties have been guilty of gerrymandering since the advent of districting; so its kind of a hit them while their in charge type issue).

It's a bit of a 'rah rah rah, lets get Democrats back in charge' type piece due to that. Not so much in that it is a direct call to Democrats, but as in through the biased of its piece being as anti-Republican it wants Democrats to get the gerrymandering to stop due to how the Republicans did it and through their REDMAP approach.

Problem to that is; once the people would get the Republicans kicked out, there's an extremely high chance that the Democrats would just do their own redistricting and their own gerrymandering as well. Which has been happening throughout the ages, just flipping sides.

Still a great piece on gerrymandering and how we - as voters - need to be aware of it, and to stop it from happening.

(One final note; there is a fair amount of typos throughout the text, one time even being Serrate instead of Senate, most likely due to the typist just running through it fast and seeing the written notes and then typing 'rr' rather than 'n'.)
