This is a rather good book for the topic, I am surprised it is a createspace book since it seems good enough to be traditionally and more properly published. It was recommended to me by a psychiatrist at SCEH who tended to be more authoritarian, surprisingly there is a fair amount about permissive inductions and training which I can appreciate. All in all, it could be helpful if you are new to the pain management hypnosis which I am not.
