Iron Palm in 100 Days is a classic martial arts book originally authored by Master Lee Ying-arng in the 1960s. Master Lee studied man forms of Chinese unarmed and armed combat. As a yojng man he studied chin-na (grappling) and dim mak, the art of hitting vital points. He trained in dim mak under monk Sun for ten years. He also studied fencing and other forms of pugilism.

This classic book explains the secrets of the Chinese iron palm. You will learn the training methods to develop the devastating power of the iron palm. You will be able to break anything by using internal energy. Master Lee's 100 day training program is laid out for you including the equipment, use of medications, power exercises and training precautions. After 100 days you will be able to test your iron palm against bricks or boards with incredible success.

This book also gives you a complete course on iron palm for self-defense and covers pressure point striking and the fighting techniques used exclusively in the iron palm method. Finally, the 'secret discourse on the use of the iron palm' by Shaolin monk Poon Shin is completely explained.

Jason, Ying-arng Lee Founder of Lee's modified, Tai Chi Chuan, President of Inner system martial Arts Association. Doctor of Chiropractic and Acupuncture.

A great master of the Chinese Martial Arts today. In his young days, he studied the arts of chin-na (grappling) and Dian-hsuhe (the art of hitting the vital points of human body) under a monk, whose surname is Sun, for more than ten years in the Northeast provinces of China. He is accomplished in this manly art. In 1950, he studied the most advanced art of pugilism and fencing of Wu Tang Brance under Master Kuo Chi-fung and in the recent years, he studies and practises diligently the Yee chuan (mind first) under the Master Liang Chi-pang and Professor Wang Shian-Jie, founder of modified yee chuan.

Master Lee is an ardent promoter of the Chinese art of self-defence and has in spare time written quite a number of instructin books on:
