This 160 page book is really something, I fell in love with it immediately. It brings so much to the table that it is hard to know where to begin. Well, first and foremost the pictures are stunning and totally captivating. The format is simple easy to follow and is jammed packed with clear and to the point directions on how to do some amazing things that before this I thought were very complicated or impossible.

I learned how to do medicine walks, shape-shifting and even how to recognize my spirit animal and how to call it in. The author gave a lot of touching personal accounts and I enjoyed how he loving showcased each animal letting us know it's attributes and strengths. I was very impressed with this well presented teacher and it has surely made it's way into my spiritual toolbox. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about our blessed connection with animals. Thanks Chris, I really needed this, and so did a lot of other people.
