Imagination Destination is a great way to encourage children to give up their electronic devices for a while and use their own device – their imagination! As you follow the characters through the story they even give children ideas for ways they can create their own adventures, such as using acorns for cannonballs and rolled up newspapers for telescopes. I love how it shows one character finally decide that it would be more fun to play outside instead of spending time on his phone or tablet. A powerful message that is stated simply enough for a child’s mind to understand. And the illustrations are bright and cheery making this story an overall delight!… (mehr)
