Pretty boring book. Yes, Gordon was a private man but to reach chapter after chapter that simply gave the date and what radio show he appeared on was extremely tedious. The best parts where interviews with Gordon were presented or interviews with those who worked with him. These were few and far between. Another good chapter was explaining the community of Borrego Springs. The second half of the book were scripts of radio shows - they don't go over well being read. There are no photos of Gordon with his wife. There is an extensive list of his work in radio, television, and film in the back of the book.… (mehr)
