Use your research questions and ideas as well as citations to direct the flow of your work and output. Evaluate others work fairly and honestly regardless of your personal beliefs. Be positive and learn something from what you read. Reward the author or writer by reviewing their work and sharing your thoughts in a quiet but understated way. Devote time to writing and reading but also learning and growing through reviewing in your own unique way. Select- select works that speak to you on a deep level to inspire you to write poetry or review the work. Direct- direct your attention to little read works and write about them.
