This book is a good example of a fantasy because it connects our world to an imaginary outside world. It mentions normal everyday things, while also tying in imaginary things that could happen. For instance, you would never put your baby in a hot air balloon or mail them away, but by expressing these things, it causes kids (especially those with little siblings) to consider how they themselves should treat their siblings on a regulars basis, without explicitly asking it.… (mehr)
