It's a cute story with a kid testing their mothers love with funny scenarios. This book has nothing really special to share with a class, I personally wouldn't add this to my classroom.

This is a fabulous picture book which helps the young reader understand that no matter what they have done or question, their family will always be there to love them. This is a wonderful picture book for a bedtime read aloud, or a read aloud in class after returning from recess. For the older students, studying the illustions and the simplicity of the text can be a cross-curricular support between art and word choice.

A classic story about a mom and how much she loves her son. I remember my own mother reading this book to me when I was younger, and I'm so glad I now have that memory with my daughter as well. Very precious.

Few books can show the depths of love a mother has for her child without being overly sweet and still having a laugh. But this book achieves it with fun illustrations to help show what the little stinky-face boy is imagining.

A child imagines them self as various uncuddly creatures while their mother promises unconditional love. A sweet and charming story, about the unconditional love a mother has for her child.

This is a great book about a boy wondering if his mom would still love him if he were stinky like a skunk, or a swamp monster or a dinosaur. I enjoyed this bedtime story as there was no fighting over going to bed (something my own son never did and I appreciated that so we stuck to books without that theme). The unconditional love of a parent is something that children should know we always have within us.
