McDevitt thinly disguises himself as a transient and travels to major U.S. cities (and also researches his own backyard in Pocatello, Idaho) to determine the availability of food to the homeless and socio-economically disadvantaged. He has little trouble getting served. Excellent commentary on the U.S. "system."
