In Memory Alone (Talon's Epic #1) von Charles F. Millhouse
Overall, I enjoyed the story. However, I found the first half of the book to be a real chore to read. I kept putting it down, and almost quit reading it several times. But the last half went easily, once the action kicked up a notch. At this point, I'm not sure if I will continue on to the other books in the series.
Started out very slow. But ended beautifully! I really enjoyed the story.
