David Milward

David Milward is an associate professor of law at the University of Victoria, where he teaches in the world's first ever joint degree in Common Law and Indigenous Legal Orders. David is a member of the Beardy's and Okemasis First Nation in Saskatchewan. His first book, Aboriginal Justice and the mehr anzeigen Charter, won the K.D. Srivastava Prize for best book by UBC Press and was shortlisted for the Canadian Law and Society Association book prize in 2012. His second book, The Art of Science in the Canadian Justice System, was co-authored with the late Dr. Charles Ferguson. weniger anzeigen
