Decent enough story but the plot was thin. The post apocalyptic element was considered and included but I think not nearly considered enough. How long had it been since the catastrophe? Why was there still lots of stuff left at the Walmarts? Wouldn't all that have been looted in the first days? Mostly the story really needed to be fleshed out. The conflict was weak but the emotions were fairly well done. I think the book could have benefited from some more plot and perhaps some secondary characters.… (mehr)
