My seven year old adores these books. They're like a Schott's miscellany for kids but funnier. For instance, there's a table of 'What do you get when you cross x with y' jokes and their answers. There's loads of interesting facts too - particularly things like the deadliest insects. Volume 1 is the strongest overall, but the others have their moments too.½
