What an adorable, inspiring, and important children’s book! It truly has a one-of-a-kind concept for introducing our youngest readers to treasured traditional stories!

In its 28 pages, Baby’s First Book of Banned Books sparks curiosity, initiates conversations, and lays the foundation for a lifelong love of reading. The twelve classics showcased in this book, (such as The Diary of a Young Girl: Anne Frank, Bridge to Terabithia, and The Handmaid’s Tale) have all appeared on “banned” books lists. The central themes of these ‘controversial’ literary works are condensed into single-sentence insights that resonate and inspire. The simplicity of each message is what makes them so powerful.

Yes, this book has a curious title, especially for the targeted age group, but it embraces the love of reading with simplicity and promotes boldness.

I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions are 100% my own.
