Everything I've cooked from this cookbook has been fantastic, and I've cooked at least half the book at this point. The amount of prep is perfectly commensurate with the tastiness of the result, and there are ample recommendations for experimentation and guidance on veggie volume substitution. Homemade vegetarian Indian with a pressure cooker is delicious, healthy, and easy -- no swimming in oil, butter, and cream. I do drop the salt by half to taste.

Strongly recommended. I borrowed this cookbook from the library, and when I was still happily cooking from it 8 weeks later, I bought a copy and I've kept cooking from it. I have very few cookbooks where almost all the pages are in regular use, but this one makes the grade.… (mehr)
