Four buddies from a Korean POW camp meet up again in Palm Beach. Joe Devlin, a detective lieutenant has cooked up a scheme to steal a million dollars from a gambling operation with Ed Condon, a casino “fireman,” and Dick Cormier, a sometime drug runner. They keep their friend pilot, Sam Donovan, in the dark as he is about to remarry his millionairess ex-wife, Gail Coleman. Hurricane Margo dances through the Atlantic wreaking havoc and retribution.½
