I feel like sometimes Nice didn't explain stuff throughly enough, or it'd be incredibly vague with how it was worded. From what I've seen of her youtube videos, I know that this was a serious piece of writing but sometimes the tone would seem inappropriate/off putting for what's being talked about. I think it more has to do with her use of exclamation points. That said, towards the end, it did become more me skimming the pages thus I believe this should also be categorized as reference material which I guess (?) it is w/ the informative categorization.
